As an anxiety mentor on a mission to educate, guide, and empower you to take back control from anxiety and panic and live fearlessly without having to rely on medication, coping, or avoidance.
Look, I get it. Anxiety is a part of life. But when panic attacks and constant fear of an illness become so out-of-proportion that it interferes with our daily activities, our quality of life declines rapidly. We become bewildered by our constant physical symptoms, we stop enjoying time with our friends and family, our confidence begins to drop, and we feel there is no hope for our future.
But what if I told that you that FULL RECOVERY from panic attacks and anxiety is possible? What if I told you there is a way to recover that does not require medication with terrible side-effects, countless hours of therapy, or spending hours upon hours in meditation.
All you need is knowledge about why your body is reacting the way it is, a strategy, and patience.
I suffered from panic attacks after my undergraduate program at McGill University with a bachelors in Psychology (ironically) and Neuroscience. Like many others, I was minding my business at work when I suffered my first panic attack. After my first panic attack, I naturally was fearful of my next panic attack. This lead to a downward spiral that left me confused, frustrated, and hopeless.
Doctor after doctor, therapist after therapist, one medications after another I received little to no relief. So-called experts in the field were unequipped to provide me answers or guide me to recovery. After spending a small fortune receiving every medical test I could think of, and spent countless hours trying to find a quick-cure, I was able to get the answers and guidance to fully recover. During my journey I promised myself, if I could overcome anxiety, then I would do anything I can to help others.
My mission is simple really. I’m not interested in helping you cope. I’m interested in helping you heal.
